The winery's western edges border the Laguna de Santa Rosa, a vital wetland habitat and major tributary of the Russian River - home to numerous species of birds and animals.
In cooperation with the Balletto family, Sonoma County's Agriculture Preservation & Open Space District has preserved a portion of our land to be protected forever.
Future visions include a season trail through the wetland habitat.
